Trip Memory is built and maintained by a small team. If something isn't working, or you have a question we haven't answered below, email andrei.damian@dmnsolutions.com and we'll get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days.

Common questions

How do I add a city?

Tap the + button on the dashboard, search for the city, pick the country, and choose Been or Planning. You can add dates now or later.

How do I add a restaurant, café, or activity?

Open the city, switch to the relevant tab (Restaurants, Coffee, Activities, Stays, Rentals, Transport), and tap the +. Search for the place, rate it, add a review, and attach photos if you'd like.

What happens after my free trial ends?

You can keep browsing everything you've already saved — forever, free. Adding new cities or entries pauses until you subscribe. You can change your password and delete your account at any time, regardless of subscription status.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions → find Trip Memory → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Me → Delete account. We'll confirm twice, then permanently remove your account and everything you've saved. This cannot be undone.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a link to set a new one. The link works once and expires after an hour.

I didn't get the confirmation email.

Check your spam folder. If it's not there, on the sign-in screen tap Resend confirmation after entering your email. Still nothing? Email us at the address above.

Can I export my data?

Not yet — but it's on our list. In the meantime, if you'd like an export, email us and we'll send you a JSON dump of everything we have on you.

The app crashed. What now?

Sorry about that. The app reports anonymized crash data so we can fix problems quickly — no personal information is included. If a specific action keeps crashing, tell us what you were doing when it happened.

What does Trip Memory collect about me?

The minimum we need to make the app work — your email, the trips and entries you create, and the photos you upload. No tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
